Glenn Hughes Announces 2017 U.K., European Tour
Glenn Hughes has announced a headlining tour of the U.K. and Europe, beginning in early 2017. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer will kick off the 24-city trek on Jan. 20 in Newcastle, and will play a total of 10 U.K. dates prior to continuing the tour on the European mainland. The veteran rocker – recently inducted into the Rock Hall as a member of Deep Purple – will be joined on the U.K. dates by acclaimed up-and-comers Stone Broken.
“I am happy to announce my UK and European tour,” said Hughes. ”My team have been hard at work to make this happen, so my band and I can perform on this tour to promote my new album Resonate. All love and see you down the front.”
Tickets for the shows go on sale to the general public this Friday (Nov. 25). Additional information — including cities, venues and concert dates — is available at the official Glenn Hughes website.
